PeekaBucks Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing an offer, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

One Account Per Person: You may only create and maintain one PeekaBucks account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Suspension/Closure: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

4. How the Service Works

PeekaBucks is a rewards platform. You can earn virtual coins ("Coins") by completing various tasks offered by our third-party advertising partners ("Offers"), such as:

• Taking surveys
• Signing up for services
• Downloading and trying applications
• Making purchases through partner links
• Watching videos

Coin Value & Redemption: Coins have no monetary value outside the Service. They may be redeemed for rewards (e.g., gift cards, cryptocurrency) via our Cashout page once minimum thresholds are met. The exchange rate is 1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD. We reserve the right to modify the exchange rate, reward offerings, and minimum thresholds with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use any automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the Service or complete Offers.
• Use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or any method to disguise your location or IP address.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to providing false information, attempting to manipulate Offers, or cheating the system.
• Attempt to redeem Offers you are not eligible for.
• Abuse referral programs by referring yourself or creating fake accounts.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Offer Crediting & Disputes

• Crediting: Most Offers credit Coins instantly or within a short period. Some may require manual review and take longer.
• Missing Coins: If you believe you have not received Coins for a completed Offer, you may report it via our support system within 14 days of completion. You must provide valid proof (e.g., screenshot, confirmation email). We will investigate and advocate on your behalf with the advertiser. Please note that the final decision to approve or deny credit for an offer rests solely with the advertising partner.
• Partner Control: Offers are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or crediting decisions. We cannot guarantee credit for every Offer completion.

7. Rewards & Payments

Payment Methods: Available reward options (e.g., Bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards) are listed on the Cashout page and may vary by user location.

Fulfillment: We strive to process reward requests promptly. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tax Liability: You are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from your receipt of rewards. We may request tax identification information for substantial earnings as required by law.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any reward request suspected of being linked to fraud or Terms violation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of PeekaBucks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEEKABUCKS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE EARNED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeekaBucks and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
