Fraud undermines this trust, increases costs for advertisers, and threatens the sustainability of the service for honest users. 2. Prohibited Activities: What Constitutes Fraud?

Any activity intended to deceive PeekaBucks, our advertising partners, or other users for illegitimate gain is considered fraud and is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

A. Account Fraud:

  • Creating or using more than one PeekaBucks account.
  • Creating accounts under false identities or using false information.
  • Allowing anyone else to use your account to complete offers.
  • Transferring or selling your account to another person.

B. Offer Completion Fraud:

  • Using any form of automation (bots, scripts, macros, emulators) to complete offers, surveys, or clicks.
  • Intentionally providing false, inconsistent, or nonsensical information in surveys or sign-up forms.
  • Exploiting technical glitches or system errors to gain coins you did not legitimately earn.
  • Completing the same offer multiple times across different accounts or services.

C. Location & Identity Fraud:

  • Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), proxy service, IP spoofing, or any other method to disguise your true location or IP address.
  • Misrepresenting your country, age, demographic information, or interests to qualify for offers.

D. Referral Program Abuse:

  • Referring yourself using different email addresses, accounts, or devices.
  • Using false identities or fake accounts to generate referral earnings.
  • Using paid advertising, spam, deceptive links, or incentive sites to generate referrals.
  • Offering to split or share your referral earnings as an incentive to sign up.

E. Payment & Cashout Fraud:

  • Attempting to cash out rewards earned through fraudulent means.
  • Using stolen payment methods or providing false payment details.
  • Disputing or attempting to reverse a legitimate reward transaction ("chargeback") with a payment processor.

3. Our Detection & Enforcement Methods

We utilize a combination of methods to protect the platform:

  • Automated Monitoring: Real-time analysis of user behavior, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and completion patterns to flag suspicious activity.
  • Manual Reviews: Our security team investigates flagged accounts and complex cases.
  • Partner Audits: We work closely with our advertising partners who perform their own validation and may report fraudulent completions.

4. Consequences of Violating This Policy

If our systems or team determine that you have violated this Anti-Fraud Policy, we will take immediate action, which may include one or more of the following, at our sole discretion:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your account(s).
  • Forfeiture of all pending and accrued coins in your account(s), without compensation.
  • A permanent ban from creating any future PeekaBucks accounts.
  • Legal action may be pursued in cases of severe or deliberate fraud, including cooperation with law enforcement and our advertising partners.
  • Reporting to third-party anti-fraud coalitions and databases, which may affect your ability to use other reward services.

5. Your Role in Protecting the Platform

You can help us maintain a fair community:

  • Use your own, accurate information for your account and all offers.
  • Do not share your account or login credentials with anyone.
  • Complete offers yourself, in good faith, following all instructions.
  • Report suspicious activity you may encounter via "Contact Us"

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or your rewards were forfeited in error, you may contact our support team to file an appeal. Please provide any relevant information that may help our review. Our decision following an appeal is final.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Anti-Fraud Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
